Q: What happened to Beelzebabes' Den? Why are you on their plot?A: Admittedly, we were them before. However, the closing down and rebranding was bound to happen from a month after Beelz first opened up, strictly because I didn't feel too fond of the original theme anymore. We weren't seen as ourselves, but rather another "demon themed" copycat.
Q: Will you accept partner venues?A: Not immediately. Maybe in the future, like what we started off with.
Q: Do you still accept Lalafel and Hrothgar folks in your establishment?A: Short answer? Yes. Long answer? We allow all patrons to be a part of our venue and the services we provide. However, like before with Beelzebabes', we allowed our staff to be the ones to decide who they wanted to take as clientele. You can still be in the venue, and anyone can take SFW-only services. Though, we do not allow public shaming of any of our staff that do take on Lalafel or Hrothgar clients. I know I myself will restrict Lalafel to SFW only, and Hrothgar can be NSFW with me.
Q: What's changed?A: Firstly, the theme! We aren't based on a demonic setting anymore, and rather are focused more upon the lore behind my jackalope -- crystals! While no, nobody's really going to be completely crystalline like some other places, it still is an estate that my bunny owns.
Secondly, the decor and menu (obviously). Our menu will still contain some staple items, but under new names and prices to accommodate the current state of the venue scene.
Finally, we will have new staff, and new organization among us. I wasn't fond of how we had basic names, or code names, but never a blend of both without some uniform simplicity. Now, we can have that!There's some other changes too, but I'm sure you'll find those out in due time.

The Estate Code
(Rules)
Respect everyone. We do NOT condone transphobia/transphobic comments of all kinds, racism, mysogyny, sexism, or hate as a whole here. Showing any form of it will result in an immediate blacklisting of your character/Lodestone profile.
Do not ignore a safe word! If a courtesan (or client) says the safe word that was discussed prior to a session occurring, and you fail to listen to it nor stop the session, you will also be blacklisted.
Minions will be limited to staff only unless given permission by a staff member of management status. This is to allow more people in at once versus making people wait outside.
No advertisement of your own venue/services by any means unless authorized by Survi Reynosa. You must provide legit proof of being given authorization.
Just because you hired someone, and loved their services, DOES NOT MEAN you get to follow them around, pester them for more, or bother them in their daily life. They are not in a relationship with you other than strictly business, both in and out of character. If you wish to schedule something with them, you do so professionally through Discord DMs and not anything else.
Any and all emotes used must be kept to system messages OFF, unless being used to type in a roleplayed message or macro. If you need help doing this, go to Social -> Emotes -> Uncheck the Display Log Messages box.
By showing up to this venue and participating in its antics within the environment, you are 18+ and capable of dealing with mature situations, even if sessions are not conducted in public. Minors are not allowed to be here. (Ages 17 and under are considered minors)
Do not use the public setting of the venue itself as a means to roleplay out any sexual intercourse or situation. Take that to the private rooms, where you can host watch parties of your session there. Keep it out of prying eyes that don't need to immediately see someone pegging you into the wall.

Drink your order from a Service Provider's body! Can be a naval, breast, rectal (if consenting), or chaser kiss shot! Please make sure you are verifying they're available and consenting to this service!

The Service Provider (a Prism consenting to this, selection is below!) will drink your order, then proceed to spit it in your mouth and force you to swallow it. They'll maybe degrade you with a small comment after, or praise you if you didn't make a mess.

We will not label any of these items as actual drugs. The Crystal Estate will have their own names for similar-acting recreational/adult-use medication, but do not claim to actually own any of their real-life counterparts in actuality.
Do not try to resale or trade the items. Everyone of age is allowed to be served in all regards per worker discretion.
Like in real life, all patrons will have a possession and purchase limit. However, they can still perform a "buy-out," which supports the venue and curious patrons via paying for everyone with the set amount of gil.

Applications And Transparency
How to Apply: Appy Bot
Upon joining our Discord server, you now can use a form provided by a bot (named Appy!) in your DMs once you click the button to start the process! This will in turn skip the interview as everything is combined into one, and instead will allow management to be pinged upon your application. They'll discuss everything with your answers and more before accepting, or denying your app.Join our Discord server below!
Hiring Transparency:
We will review your application in full, and if we deem it necessary for you, conduct a mock RP session so that you are tested to your full potential.
If you are able to come in the night of being hired, you are expected to be present for necessary invites, tours, etc.
We do not hire into management, only promote internally. This is to prevent us from being distracted from a like-minded goal, and to ensure a family-esque environment.
Payment Transparency:
Diamonds: N/A (we pay ourselves)
Prisms, Geodes & Oolites: We take 20% of your pay, tips NOT included, if you get hired by a patron that night. In the case you don't get hired, you'll be compensated with an hourly wage. Either the Owner, or a Co-Owner, will pay you/collect the cut of your pay. You'll end up keeping your pay too!
Gemstones: Pay is by hourly basis, and tips are welcome to be collected by the employee. Management will NOT touch the tips unless a patron has stated to the employee that they may receive a portion too.
Minerals: Pay is by hourly basis, with sales turned in to management 100%. In the case of a buyout, the minerals will get a portion of the profit, with management taking the rest. They will get paid the buyout portion/cut instead of the hourly pay, if it exceeds the usual pay amount. Tips will stay with the Minerals if they receive any!
Aventurescence: We take 20% of your non-tipped pay (you keep your tips), and you may get paid hourly should you not get hired on nights you come in to the venue. You are allowed to be hired outside of the venue hours, and may even be asked for services for promotional photoshoot imagery/art. Should an artist get hired to complete an image and therefore is paid in USD, we do not take any of that unless you insist. ♥
Igneous Rocks: We only take 20% of the profits you made. If you ended up in a loss, we will reimburse some gil. If you need gil for a safety fund before gambling, you must reach out to our Diamonds first! We will provide up to 10m (10,000,000) gil to start. If there is a profit, this amount should be traded back. If you lost some gil, whatever is left of the original amount should be traded back. We will still provide an hourly compensation if no gambling occurs, or ask you to take a cut from the gil we've provided, if any, for the night. Since this is a new function to have the role versus staff volunteering, we are playing it by ear.

A private chambers fit with a cozy by-the-fire set up with bottles of liquor, music variety, and more! 3-person-fitting bed available, and a hot springs in the back half of the room too.
Room 3: The Tarot Room
This room is reserved for tarot card readers + any additional hired photography done related to the sessions only. No music is set in here so that if the Reader has a custom list to listen to, or you have your own you're playing, you won't have to worry about a clash or missing anything.
Room 7: The Fantasy Forest
This getaway is to reflect what a nice, forest grotto area would look like. Featuring plant themes with some water, and fairy effects, this area will flourish with your presence! ♥

This entire house was designed based on speakeasy vibes (but not for liquor!), and Harry Potter vaguely.
When you walk in, you see the guise of a simple, welcoming kitchen with bar capabilities and potions. Then, as you go downstairs you reach a magic-neutralizing veil of water required by all to walk through. The rest is a magical vision for all to view for themselves.

While on the run from authorities, as a result of a high-ranking Grand Company official being a victim, Seishin guided Survi to an abandoned house in The Lavender Beds. Seeing as this was her true act of love to protect him, the pact between Beelzebub and Survi loosened its ties on his soul, allowing him to be himelf and propose to Seishin out of nowhere. In order for the marriage to be official, and still keep Survi's pact holder happy, they turned the house into The Crystal Estate, which effectively let the criminal legally change his name.With the Estate open, Beelz can feast upon the gluttony of patrons and staff alike without anymore death or harm. It also became a way Survi could duck into a room and relax if his PTSD, as a result of his actions, came to haunt him.However, due to the extremes of the agreement forced upon Survi, Beelz could show up to the venue at any time after siphoning energy from his servant. The energy lets him be seen as Survi's forced, former killer self, resulting in intimidation of being such a powerful figure and preventing an arrest, which kept authorities at bay. Following the success of the venue, Survia nd Seishin now have 2 smaller houses of their own, each fit for their own occasions. It's thought of by authorities that the original house for the venue was only suspected to be abandoned once Seishin used her fae-thority to remove and kill the previous owners. For what reason, or what rule(s) was/were broken, it is only for Seishin and her family to know.In order to fully serve a majority of needs, Survi has also begun learning the ways of an apothecary, but for a more taboo means. He procures and grows drugs to then have staff members sell at the venue, all in hidden locations to avoid yet another reason authorities originally wanted him. He also makes his own custom strains of marijuana, all grown and enhanced with some of his own aether crystals in the soil. Seishin isn't entirely innocent here, however, as she guides Survi in growing, on top of patrons in need of something to fill their criteria.The business model within the Estate is ever-evolving, from bringing in new roles to fill in the staff, to changing how to code terms in order to keep evading authorities' eyes on the jackalope. As he is Deaf and his aether-tuned hearing aids can only do so much, Survi placed aether-conducting crystal clusters throughout the entire plot so that he could hear everything clearly. He also will let it slip with how Deaf he is every-so-often, from his sign language usage to that of forgetting to charge the devices he uses. In addition, he also aims to never make any of the cruel decisions he'd seen some other places do, especially to save himself from falling deep into what put him on the run in the first place.
